Uploading your files is the first step of the process. Don't forget to add any information you think is useful to achieve the desired result. References to other popular songs will be very useful to accommodate your needs. Be sure you have read our guidelines before sending the files. In 48/72 hours you will receive your free 2 minutes sample. For the mixing service we ask for a 50% up-front payment.
Read the following guidelines
Online Mastering
Files extension: In order to ensure the best possible result from our online mastering service we ask you to send only files with .wav or .aiff extensions. For the same reason the mp3 files will not be accepted.
Files quality: The files should be stereo, 24 bit, 44.1 Khz.
Plugins: Please don' t add any effect when you export the stereo file.
Peaks: Please make sure that the peak of the master track of you mix is between -3 dBFS and -6 dBFS, in order to let us enough room and add the rigth quantity of volume.
Volume: If the master track exceeds the peak, please don't turn down the master volume, but the volume of the single tracks in the mix.
Clips: Be sure that also the tracks of the mix don't clip. In that case, please reduce the volume of the tracks.
File name: If you send us more than one file, please add them to a .zip file and remember to insert the artist name and the song name in the name of the file (eg. artistname_songname.wav)
Additional information: If you have any special request or references to other songs to improve the online mastering result, please list them in a note and add it to the zip file.
Online Mixing
Files extension: In order to ensure the best possible result from our online mixing service we ask you to send only files with .wav or .aiff extensions. For the same reason the mp3 files will not be accepted.
Files quality: The files quality of the single tracks should be, 24 bit, 44.1 Khz.
Tracks alignment: Please, be sure that all the tracks start from the same point.
Effects: Please don' t add any EQ, compression or effect.
Pan: The pan of every single track should be in the center.
Folder name and bpm: Please put al the files of the song into a zip folder. Label the folder with the name of the artist, the name of song and the bpm (eg. artistname_songname_bpm.zip).
Additional information: If you have any special request or references to other songs to improve the online mixing result, please list them in a note and add it to the zip file.
Online Stem Mastering
Files extension: In order to ensure the best possible result from our online stem mastering service we ask you to send only files with .wav or .aiff extensions. For the same reason the mp3 files will not be accepted
Files quality: The files quality of the single tracks should be, 24 bit, 44.1 Khz.
Tracks: Please send us a separate track for vocals, kick, snare, bass, other drums and other instruments.
Tracks alignment: Please, be sure that all the tracks start from the same point.
Clips: Be sure that also the tracks of the mix don't clip. In that case, please reduce the volume of the tracks.
Folder name and bpm: Please put al the files of the song into a zip folder. Label the folder with the name of the artist, the name of song and the bpm (eg. artistname_songname_bpm.zip).
